Artisan Row - Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce

The Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer a venue for homemade goods at the 2024 General Clinton Canoe Regatta. Artisan Row will be housed inside a large tent. Reserve your 10x10 spot for the entire weekend for $115.

Friday, May 26, 9am to 5pm

Show hours:
Friday May 26, 5pm to 11pm
Saturday May 27, 11am to 11pm
Sunday May 28, 11am to 11pm

10x10 spaces = $115.00 $50 per space Entire weekend - Electric Included

Please Read Carefully

∙Photos of all items being sold and displayed must be provided for approval. We will contact you to request the photos after registration.
∙NO items shall be displayed except for those that have been approved.
∙The artisan tent is for hand made goods only, NO wholesale items will be permitted.
∙NO exhibitor will be permitted to close the artisan tent, the artisan tent will be closed only by the Vendor Manager or Regatta personnel at the end of each day. ∙This is a community and family friendly weekend. NO drug paraphernalia, NO string sprays, NO stink bombs, NO pornographic material, NO items containing foul language and absolutely NO weapons of any kind will be permitted.
∙The Bainbridge Chamber retains the right to ask for the removal of objects, which in their judgment are objectionable at any time during the event, without a refund.
∙Spaces will be assigned upon receipt of your contract – the exhibitor must remain within the designated space and not protrude into other areas.
∙Set-Up & Tear Down During Designated Times Only without exception
∙Set-Up – After 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 23rd
∙Tear Down – 10:00 pm on Sunday, May 26th but no later than Monday, May 27th @ 5:00 pm
∙Vendors must be set up by 4:00 pm Friday and by 10:00 am (Saturday & Sunday) and not shut down until 10:00 pm when the park closes.
∙The exhibitor further agrees that they will not remove any or all parts of their exhibit before 10:00 pm daily or the exhibitor will be subject to a penalty charge for early removal. The penalty charge will be assessed at the discretion of the Vendor Manager and will not exceed 50% of all fees paid by exhibitor.
∙State sales tax certificates must be displayed.
∙NO food sales are allowed.
∙NO pets are allowed on the grounds.
∙NO intoxicants of any kind are allowed on the grounds.
∙Parking in the Designated AREA only – NO vehicular movement will be allowed when the park is open. Friday 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am – 10:00 pm.
∙Vendor hours are the same hours as the midway/amusement area. You may be open more hours but not less than the midway/amusement area daily.
∙Each vendor will receive 1 parking pass – additional passes available @ $10.00 per car/per day.
∙Overnight camping is allowed only with reservations for 2 or more 10x20 sites.
∙Your contract will be considered a firm commitment to attend. Therefore, NO refunds will be given.
∙Exhibitors must be present to sell their goods.
∙Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her person and dependent persons and his/her own goods and possessions at all times.
∙Insurance for loss, damage or injury shall be the sole responsibility for each exhibitor at their own cost.
∙The Bainbridge Chamber and its agents shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its contractual obligations provided such failure is caused by closures of site locations due to any cause beyond its control.
∙Bainbridge Chamber shall not be held liable for damages to exhibitor’s wares or personal property or for loss or injury caused by products sold or exhibited by exhibitors.
∙You will be asked to vacate the premises for failure to comply with any of these rules without a refund.
