Pacman Paddle with a Pro

Event Details
The Pacman Paddle with a Pro is a brand new race for 2025. This race is an opportunity for new paddlers to get a taste of canoe racing while paddling alongside a seasoned paddler. The "Pro Paddler" must be an experienced paddler who has completed at least one 70 Mile race in the Pro class or a member of the 700 Mile club. It is also the responsibility of the Pro paddler to provide a canoe for the team to use.

The new paddler should be someone who is new to canoe racing, or who wants the opportunity to paddle in a significantly different style of canoe than they have previously paddled in. The new paddler can be any age range from 8 to 100. Paddlers under 18 must provide and wear a coast guard approved Personal Floatation Device (PFD). We recommend all paddlers wear a PFD.

We will contact you sometime before May 11 with the contact information of the paddler you will be partnered with.
