What Happens During the Weekend
The General Clinton Canoe Regatta Weekend attracts more than 1,500 paddlers to 50 races in one or two-person classes on the Susquehanna River. The Regatta culminates Memorial Day with a 70-mile endurance race from Cooperstown to Bainbridge, the worlds longest single-day flat water marathon canoe race, part of the North American Triple Crown of Canoeing.

Past entrants included world-class athletes like US Olympic Gold Medalist Greg Barton, 28-time winner Canadian Serge Corbin, and racers from all over the United States, all over Canada, and from many countries, competing for over $25,000 in cash and prizes.
